What’s the difference between Time Bank and Draw Down Days?
Time Bank is ideal for reactive, small-scale support. Draw Down Days are better for planned, structured work requiring multiple consultants or advanced configuration.

Can I switch support models as my needs evolve?
Yes. Many customers start with a Time Bank or Draw Down Days and transition to Managed Support as their needs mature.

Do you provide SLAs with Time Bank or Draw Down Days?
No. SLAs are only included in Managed Support. Time Bank and Draw Down Days are fulfilled on a best-effort basis, with scheduled work coordinated via our Customer Portal.

Do you support both Cloud and Server deployments?
Yes, absolutely. We have extensive experience across Cloud, on-site Data Centers, and Server - as well as hybrid environments.

Are unused Time Bank hours refundable?
No. Time Bank hours are valid for 12 months but are non-refundable. However, they can be used across a variety of BDQ services (training, consultancy, admin changes, etc.)
