This course is ideal for project and programme managers and planners who want to plan and track one or multiple projects at a time, plan against team capacities and manage dependencies.
Working in a sandbox environment, attendees will learn how plans can be created, modified and reviewed before saving their changes back to Jira, and how to plan and monitor with inter-project dependencies and cross-project releases.
During the workshop, attendees experiment on a sandbox copy of their own environment, to see how Advanced Roadmaps can best be utilised within their current Jira working practices.
