Why should you have to choose between quality and convenience?
We offer you a simple, convenient way of getting the expertise you need, while also avoiding inaccurate quotes by providing the flexibility of pre-paid hours.
Your choice
Once you have purchased a bank of enhancement hours, simply raise a request in our Customer portal. We will be in contact to discuss the enhancements, and to book in the work.
You remain in control of the work - all tasks and meeting notes are held in a Jira/Confluence instance which is shared with you.
This means that you can have access to a certified expert on your terms - when you want, how you want - without a huge financial or time commitment.
These banks of hours can be used up to a year from purchase. You can also purchase more hours whenever you are running low or have the budget.

The guiding principle behind our banks of enhancement hours is convenience. This option allows you to spend as much or as little at a time in order to meet the budget and/or time constraints you are facing.
Unlike our more in-depth options, we don't need to take such a deep dive into your system specs, this makes the entire process simpler and quicker. It also means that we can work around your schedule.

An annual bank of 37.5 hours costs £6000 (not including VAT). This price includes:
- 37.5 hours of technical expertise.
- The convenience of booking the amount of time you need, or can spare.
- Complete transparency before, during and after (via Jira & Confluence shared pages).
- A full 12 months to use your purchased hours.
- Option to purchase more hours as and when you need them.
- Discounted prices the more hours you buy.
