Does BDQ offer fixed-price migration services?
Yes. BDQ offers fixed-price migrations, with scope clarity and prototyping included to reduce risk and surprise costs. We may have to add variable costs for aspects of the projects where there is uncertainty beyond our control.

Can BDQ help with cloud migrations for Atlassian tools?
Yes. BDQ has successfully migrated large-scale Jira and Confluence Server/Data Center instances to Atlassian Cloud - including test runs and user training.

Will users be trained on the new system post-migration?
Yes. BDQ provides practical, role-specific training sessions and documentation to ensure smooth adoption across teams. We can provide in person training for specialists, and video training, included recorded sessions for large numbers of users. Where the situation involves a substantial change, e.g. moving to a new platform, we provide tailored training and drop in sessions as part of the adoption and enablement.
