Getting budget approval to bring in certified experts for a long list of smaller system improvements can be difficult. The Consultancy Time Bank (CTB) gives you the flexibility you need - a pre-paid bank of expert consultancy hours that you can use whenever it suits your workload.

You may already know which improvements would help you get better results, reporting and visibility from your toolset. You may even have taken advantage of our Fixed Price Assessment option. But you may not need the scale or urgency of a full project engagement, such as a cloud migration. Instead, you might simply have a range of smaller tasks that can be completed over time.

The challenge is that these tasks can be hard to budget accurately. What if something takes longer than planned? What if the cost changes?

The Consultancy Time Bank gives you both, by offering flexible, pre-paid expert time with complete transparency.

Sold in 1-week (37.5-hour) blocks, valid for 12 months.

Requests can be raised through the BDQ Customer Portal.

Minimum drawdown: 2 hours per request, with no SLAs.

How it Works

Your choice, your schedule

Once you have purchased a Consultancy Time Bank, simply raise a request in our Customer Portal. We will contact you to discuss the work and schedule it at a convenient time.

You remain in full control - all work and meeting notes are held in a Jira/Confluence instance shared with you. This ensures visibility before, during and after every task.

The CBT hours are valid for 12 months, and you can purchase additional blocks whenever you need more time or have available budget.

The guiding principle behind the Consultancy Time Bank is convenience. It allows you to spend as much or as little time as you need in order to meet both your workload and your budget.

Because this service is focused on smaller, targeted improvements, we do not need to perform the deeper system analysis required for more complex projects. This keeps the entire process simpler, quicker and easier for you.
