Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 UK time (current time via Time.is). We are closed during major UK holidays. 

We can provide extended hours support via an Enterprise Support Contract, contact enquiries@bdq.cloud for details.

Support coverage

Please note, that we provide support during the 30 free trial period and for customers that have a current maintenance contract. Maintenance for the first year is included in the purchase price of the app.
