Atlassian managed services
An Atlassian estate is never just Jira: it's Confluence, Jira Work Management, the Marketplace apps, the automation rules, the schemes nobod
HaloITSM & HaloPSA support and managed service
Halo's greatest strength is also the reason estates fall behind: the platform ships real capability constantly, and most teams can't absorb
GLPI support and managed service
You chose GLPI for good reasons, and one of them was the economics. The trade-off is the gap every open-source estate knows: when it breaks,
Freshservice support and managed service
Freshservice is easy to stand up — which is exactly how estates end up two years in with a configuration nobody has revisited since go-live.
Run and improve, one plan
Run covers the platform's heartbeat: administration, monitoring, routine upgrades, and the small changes that keep a live system matched to a live organisation. Improve is the part most support contracts don't have: capacity within the same plan to actually make things better — new capability evaluated against your business problems and implemented where it earns its place, configuration debt paid down, the roadmap moving. And the same days cover advice: troubleshooting, governance reviews, and the strategic guidance a platform decision sometimes needs. You choose the days per month; we schedule them up front, on both calendars, so the time is real rather than theoretical.
The hiring alternative, honestly
Plenty of teams reach this page mid-way through drafting a job ad, so let's address it directly. If your estate genuinely holds a full-time platform's worth of work, hire — and we'll train them. But most estates don't: they hold three, four, six days a month of real work, and the market won't sell you 15% of an administrator — it makes you buy a whole salary or a whole day-rate, or nothing. PlatformCare is the fraction: the days per month your estate actually needs, from a team rather than an individual, so the cover survives any one person's notice period — including ours.
Start with a Health Check
Not sure what needs improving? Every platform we cover has a fixed-price Health Check: a data-grounded review of how your desk actually behaves — current behaviour and bottlenecks, not just configuration screens — producing a maturity assessment and a prioritised roadmap. We run these today for real customers; a typical finding is expensive work landing at the wrong level because teams, routing or the catalogue were never quite configured. The Health Check works as a standalone fixed-price engagement — and it's included annually on PlatformCare Enhanced and Strategic plans.
Onboarding: how a plan starts
Every engagement begins with structured onboarding, scoped to your environment — typically from two days for a standard estate, more for advanced or enterprise ones — so support starts informed rather than improvised. You get four deliverables from it: a Platform Health Assessment, a Service Readiness Report, a Risk and Recommendations Register, and a Support Runbook. If BDQ built your platform, onboarding is streamlined; if you're transitioning from another partner or an internal team, it's where configuration risks, technical debt and documentation gaps get found before they find you.
Your platform
PlatformCare covers the platforms we practise on: Atlassian (the whole estate — service desk or not) · Halo · GLPI · Freshservice — each page carries the platform-specific shape — and extends across our wider practice, including Asana, monday.com, Lansweeper, SysAid and HYCU estates.
Proof
We have run managed services for the long haul — including a multi-year Jira and Confluence estate for a UK government body, delivered through one of the UK's largest enterprise technology resellers.
Plans
Three tiers, one dial: PlatformCare Essential — 1 day a month, expert administration and optimisation; PlatformCare Enhanced — 2 days a month, adding the Annual Platform Health Check, included; PlatformCare Strategic — from 3 days a month, adding Quarterly Success Reviews and strategic planning support. Start where you fit and move as your estate does — the tiers are settings on the dial, not cages. Every plan carries the Flex Allowance: unused days roll into the following month before expiring — capacity, not a bank. Days are scheduled up front, on both calendars; plans run on a 12-month commitment; pricing on a scoping call.
