BDQ is a growing consultancy and Atlassian Solution Partner. Our clients range from global enterprises to small and mid-sized businesses, and we hold on to them — our retention rate is high because we focus on delivering solutions that are appropriate and genuinely adoptable, then reviewing each engagement afterwards to see what we could do better.

What it is like to work here
We work in an agile way, with a strong bias towards delivering tangible value early rather than disappearing for months. We care about customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, and we expect everyone here to care about it too.
We are looking for people who will be team players and help us grow — people who want to do good work for clients and take pride in the outcome, not just the deliverable.
The work you would be doing
Our delivery spans the full lifecycle of a platform engagement:
- Advisory and consultancy
- Training and configuration
- Data migrations
- Enterprise rollouts and adoption
We specialise in IT Service Management (ITSM), DevOps and Agile, and Work Management. You would be working across these areas depending on your strengths and the projects in flight.
Open positions
Junior Technical Consultant / Technical Analyst — Remote, UK.
Technical Consultant — Full-time, permanent, remote (UK). The Technical Consultant leads on client assignments, designing and delivering solutions in the products BDQ resells and supports — including ITSM implementations in Jira Service Management, Agile transformations using Jira Software and Advanced Roadmaps, and Server-to-Cloud and Server-to-Datacentre migrations of Atlassian products. The role also includes delivering training, managing delivery risks, and supporting BDQ's sales and marketing activities. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years' experience in a technical consultancy or end-user administration role using Atlassian products, a good grounding in Agile and/or ITSM principles, and strong client-facing communication skills; experience with technologies such as Python, SQL, AWS, REST, JSON and JavaScript is beneficial. Everyone who joins is put through official Atlassian training and supported to gain Atlassian Certification. Please apply only if you are fully eligible to work in the UK.
If nothing here matches but you think you would be a good fit, we still want to hear from you.
