This course is ideal for ramping up a test team to use Zephyr for Jira. It is designed to fit in your schedule and can be run in a morning or afternoon, either in person or remote.
Attendees will be trained in how Zephyr for Jira is used for test management, and gain hands-on experience working with it on worked examples — creating and organising tests and managing test cycles. Your testers will return to their jobs able to make the most of its extensive features, and understand how to adjust their current processes to best use Zephyr for Jira. It will benefit teams converting from another tool or from manual processes.
